Fandation allows you to create giveaway rules for your promotions. Unlimited giveaways are included in the CORE and PRO subscriptions.

Current supported promotions:

Creating Giveaway Rules

  1. To create giveaway rules, go into a Team and click on “Add Giveaway Rules” under the Giveaway Rules section.

  2. Select the rules template to use.

  3. Answer the questions about your giveaway/promotion. If you don’t know all the answers that’s ok, you can save and come back to it later.

  4. Click “Save” when you are finished (or when you have filled out everything you know at the moment). You’ll see a preview screen with embed codes and links to the rules.

    You can select the rules language (1), full rules v. short-form for entry pages or social posts (2), and copy the embed code/link to the rules to add to your page (3).

    Each language and format has a slightly different link so make sure you copy the right one(s)!

    Once the rules are finalized click the “Unlocked” button in the top-right (4) to ensure the rules do not change once the promotion is launched.

  5. Back on the main Team screen you’ll now see a card for the giveaway with key details such as the entry period, prizes, ARV, and key links.
